Baseball Locker Facility Mid-Del Independent School District

HGL Construction served as the prime contractor to construct a new 5,000 square foot baseball locker facility at the Mid-Del Independent School District in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Major scopes of work included paving, concrete, structural steel, metal siding, mechanical, electrical, architectural finishes, and telecommunications/data. Requirements for the electrical installation included conduits, raceways, fittings, cable tray, surface metal raceways, wire cable and connectors, wiring devices, device and outlet boxes, junction and pull boxes, fuses, underground electrical service, branch circuit panelboards, disconnect switches, grounding, interior fluorescent lighting, and exterior security lighting. The project required interior and exterior finishes, including floors, ceilings, interior walls, gypsum wallboard, doors and hardware, lock and keys, signage, windows, electric roll-up door, installation of lockers and benches, baseball netting, and interior and building lighting systems with occupancy sensors. Site work included a parking area and concrete sidewalks/walkways for efficient access and circulation.
