Ollie's Bargain Outlet

The late Eddie Cox was the Project Manager for the 33,000 SF remodel for the new space to be known as Ollie’s Bargain Outlet located at 1401 Gateway Plaza in Midwest City, Oklahoma. This work included labor, equipment, supervision, instruments, materials, transportation, and incidentals required to renovate the space. The project was completed in May 2019 and the grand opening was held on September 11, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
